Degree in Law, granted from the Universidad Intercontinental. Specialization in Civil and Commercial Litigation from the same Insttutio, and in Amparo (extraordinary writs) from the Universidad Panamericana.
He focues its expertise handling Copyright and Industrial Property matters, mainly heading our Litigation Department initiating and advising on strategies for administrative and civil actions before all kind of venues and authorities.
Mr. Aviña holds several Professional Memberships, currently consolidating its presence within the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI) and the Mexican Bar of Lawyers (Barra Mexicana de Abogados).
Professor of intellectual property law at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), in studies of the module: “Proceedings for the Protection of Intellectual Property”.
Professor of intellectual property law specialization at the Instituto de Propiedad Intelectual y Derecho de la Competencia (IPIDEC), in studies for the modules: “Unfair Competition” and “Contentious and Litigious Key Aspects of Trademarks”.
Professor of the Certification Program and Degree of Intellectual Property Law at the Universidad de Guanajuato, in studies of the module: “Obligations for Right Holders with Intellectual Property Rights”.
